Ctsv's canon is storybook-like and extremely surrealistic. This surrealism affects his life in the ways described up in Abilities, but kinda stretches to his appearance too: ie, Ctsv is literally a 2-inch tall almost-stick-figure. He looks rather like this (art courtesy of idiacanthidae). Only other thing of note there is that while his art and icons will (likely) stylize him w/o a mouth, in reality he totally has one. THIS BABY HAS GOT TO EAT SOMEHOW.
